At IPIParts.com, we strive to get your parts to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:


Order Processing

- In-stock orders: shipped within 24 hours.

- Weekend orders: processed on the next business day.

- Manufacturer orders: if a part is not in stock, it typically takes 2–3 days to arrive at our facility before being promptly shipped.

Most orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days. Some manufacturer-ordered parts may take up to 5–6 business days and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Times

- Ground shipments: typically take 2–7 days, depending on your location.

- Overnight shipping: available for an additional cost.

- Oversized shipments: may incur additional fees; you will be contacted for approval before shipping.

We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized orders.

Carrier & Delivery Information

- Shipping carriers may be substituted at our discretion to reduce costs.

- We do not ship internationally.

- We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Backorders & Discontinued Parts

- If a part is on backorder or discontinued, we will make every effort to locate it for you as quickly as possible.
